Applications are available for the Arthur H. MacKinnon Scholarship

Richard J. O’Neil, Jr., Chief Executive Officer of the Everett Co-operative Bank, announced that applications are available to high school seniors residing in Everett for the Arthur H. MacKinnon Scholarship.

This year, $1,500 scholarships will be awarded to one or more graduating students who have been Everett residents for at least two years, and who will continue their studies as freshman in a business related major. Scholarship applications are available at local high schools and at the Everett Co-operative Bank.

Applications for this year’s scholarship awards must be submitted no later than April 27, 2018 to Everett Co-operative Bank, 419 Broadway, Everett, MA. Arthur H. MacKinnon was a 1930 graduate of Bentley College, which he attended following his graduation from Everett High School.

“ Mr. MacKinnon’s dedication and loyalty to the Everett Community and the Everett Co-operative Bank, was a source of inspiration for us all,” O’Neil said. “This Scholarship Fund is one way of remembering Mr. MacKinnon for all he had done for our community.”
