The Everett Democratic City Committee invites you to join in March for Our Lives and support young adults in Boston and across the country as they work to strengthen gun controls laws. The march is taking place on Saturday, March 24, 2018, from noon – 5:00 p.m., beginning at Boston Common.
These marches have been planned in the wake of the school shooting that took place at the Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida on February 14th. Seventeen students and educators lost their lives. As a result, the surviving students of Stoneman Douglas have started a movement for a long overdue conversation about sensible gun control.
Please join the Everett Democratic Committee for this important event. All are welcome. There will be a planning meeting to discuss logistics on Wednesday, March 21st, at the 8/10 Grill on Norwood Street.
