Basketball Stars Shining Bright

By Lorenzo Recupero

When looking back at the winter sports
season in Everett, the record will show
that every basketball team in the city was
greatly successful.

In numerous ways it was clear the stars
were abound, from Yasmeen Guerrier
eclipsing 1,000 points for her career,
to Ghared Boyce became the all-time
leading scorer in Everett High basketball
history, and Pope John winning its first
ever basketball championship behind a
beastly performance from junior Angel
Price-Espada.

For Guerrier, Boyce and Espada, all-star
nods were a lock. But aside from them,                                                                                          across the city ballers were excelling in                                                                                    their roles and shining bright.

Listed below find all the honors handed
out for every high school basketball team
