Donald Whitehouse

Everett has lost one its central city hall gures whose devotion and involvement with the city spanned decades.

Mr. Donald Whitehouse, who died on August 15, was 84.

He was an Everett guy through and through, brought up here, educated here, his heart and soul here long after moving to New Hampshire to be closer to his children and grandchildren.

He was very active in this city, a gentleman at all times, and a very religious man.

For many years he served as this city’s Purchasing Agent at city hall, on the Board of Directors at the Eagle Bank, served on the Everett Board of Assessors and was Chairman of the Everett Housing Authority.

Our condolences to his family and friends.
