Father of Maria Lombardi and her late husband Carl A., Jr. of North Reading, Anna Celata and her husband Anthony of North Reading, Nicholas and his wife Emma of Peabody and the late Anthony. Brother of Domenic of Wilmington, the late Micheala and Rocco. Also survived by six grandchildren Melissa and her husband Chad, Carl and his wife Katie, Maria and her husband Michael, Anthony, Nico, Daniela, four great-grandchildren Dylan, Mia, Jacob, Grace and many nieces and nephews

New Hampshire Theater Trip Aug. 16

Please join the Council on Aging for an exciting trip to the Lakes Region Summer Musical Theater “Newsies” The Musical and Hart’s Turkey Farm.

This exciting trip takes place Thursday August 16th. Our luxury coach departs the Spring Street Parking lot at 9am.

We will arrive in Meredith, NH for a delicious lunch at Hart’s Turkey Farm. After lunch we depart for the theater for the Disney musical, “ Newsies”, a story based on the real –life news strike of 1889. Summer Basketball League a Big Success

On Monday, July 30th the newly renovated Florence Street Park hosted the semi-finals of the Youth Summer Basketball League. With a big crowd in attendance, the semi-finals consisted of two leagues, eight teams battling for their chance to make it to the championship games on Wednesday night.
