What Happens In Las Vegas Doesn’t Stay In Nevada

Inside a Superior Courtroom in Las Vegas on December 12 holds the key to the future of the casino/hotel development – right now.

If a judge inside that courtroom allows Steve Wynn’s lawsuit to prevail, then the Massachusetts Gaming Commission’s long awaited judgement about whether or not Wynn Resorts will be found suitable to own the license to their project in Everett, cannot be made public.

If such a thing happens, it turns the project upside down. On December 12, the judge will hear arguments from Wynn’s attorneys and from the MGC’s attorneys. Most likely, the matter is then taken under advisement.

Several weeks after that, the Nevada judge will rule. This is a big moment in the never ending drama connected with the Wynn effort in Everett.
