This weekend the Revere International Sand Sculpting Festival returns for the 16th year to Revere beach. The festival opens this Friday the 26th and runs through Sunday the 28th.
Artist from around the world will be on hand creating their masterpieces starting Thursday on the beach.
Viewing is free to the public.
This year’s sculptors include Deborah Barrett-Cutulle of Saugus, Massachusetts; Mélineige Beauregard of Quebec, Canada; Jonathan ‘Jobi’ Bouchard of Montreal, Canada; Enguerrand David of Belgium; Ilya Filmonstev of Russia; Sue McGrew of Tacoma Washington; Fergus Mulvany of Ireland; Pavel Mylnikov of Moscow Russia; and Abe Waterman of Prince Edward Island, Canada.

The festival will also feature food trucks, live entertainment, local vendors, exhibitor booths, fireworks and a drone show.
