This was indeed the case in the Crimson Tide’s 40-12 defeat at Everett Memorial Stadium Saturday afternoon.
It was a surprising defeat but one defeat is no measure of the many victories that are likely to follow.
Defeats of great teams like ours are usually wake-up calls.
The Crimson Tide will come back from this defeat better for it.
The Crimson Tide has heart and soul and deep athletic talent. All of this put together will lead to a solid season.
