
Enjoyed cooking for his family
Vincent Naso 89, a long time Everett resident passed away on May 2, 2020 at the Melrose Wakefield Hospital.
Vincent was born on April 23, 1931 in the West End of Boston, one of two children of the late Vincenzo and Giovanna (Russo) Naso. Vincent married his love Sarah (Castiglione) and together they made their home in Everett and raised their four children. Before retiring, he worked as a machinist for an Industrial Lighting Company.
His family said that he loved to cook especially his mother’s pizza recipe which the whole family loved. Vincent loved and enjoyed his family and he enjoyed family outings to Indian Head Resort, the Topsfield Fair and Revere Beach. Another great loved of his was the West End of Boston where he grew up and he loved looking back at its history and his memories of it. Big Band Jazz and drum solos were another great enjoyment. Vincent was always a familiar face in Everett and he enjoyed chatting with people. He always told jokes and made funny faces for pictures. Vincent was truly a kind and positive gentlemen and everyone that came across his path would agree. Vincent was the beloved husband of Sarah (Castiglione) Naso and the loving father of Sally Naso of Everett, Donna Naso of Revere, Lisa Naso of Everett and Debra Kurk of Everett. He was the brother of Joey Naso of Simi Valley, CA. He was the adored grandfather of Ashley, Brandon, Michael and Stephen.
