Three locals score Fitchburg State honors

Fitchburg State University President Richard S. Lapidus has announced the three Everett students have qualified for inclusion on the Dean’s List for the Fall 2020 semester.

Amanda E. Byrnes, Schekina R. Pericles, and Veronica Worthington earned accolades for their academic achievements despite the difficult learning environment caused by the Coronavirus pandemic.

A student earns a placed on the Dean’s List for a semester if an average grade of

3.20 or better is attained, and the student is attending the university full time.

Fitchburg State University enrolls 7,000 day and evening students in more than 50 programs of study. The university was established in 1894.
