Parents and children of K-5 students are rejoicing that schools will be reopening in April for the youngest students first to be followed by a measured opening for all the other grades.
With a bit of luck, and COVID-19 figures that continue to drop as vaccinations rise, in school education will begin to get back to normal.
It has been one year since in-class education was suspended at the onset of the virus.
That year has seemed like an eternity for most of us, and especially those impacted by the school closings.
With teachers being vaccinated and safety precautions in place, the return in April will be a Godsend.
What a great day the reopening will be.
