Neighbors claim he doesn’t pick up after his dog’s mess

What a mess!
The mayor enjoys walking his pet German Shephard Hugo in the mornings when he can find the time.
He and Hugo walk inside the Woodlawn Cemetery which backs up to the mayor’s Abbott Avenue mansion.
Now come several reports from neighbors and those in the cemetery watching the daily goings-on that Hugo dumps in the cemetery.
The mayor does not pick up Hugo’s dumpage.
The mayor does not answer our requests for official comment.
We didn’t reach out to his media representatives.
However, several people who wished to remain unnamed said they have seen Hugo dump while walking with the mayor.
“He does not pick up the dog’s bowel movements,” said one of those reaching out to the Leader Herald.
“I don’t think it’s right. The mayor should be forced to pick up his dog’s movements, if for no other reason than to respect the dead inside the cemetery,” the source added.
