GILMANTON IRON WORKS — Kathleen Bertocchi (Hussey), 77, formally of Everett, MA, passed away on Friday, June 3, 2022.
Kathleen was born on January 22, 1945, in Everett, MA, to Albert and Thelma (Stermont) Hussey. She was raised in Everett where she met her husband David, of 57 years. Together they raised four boys in Everett before moving to Gilman- ton Iron Works in 1992.
Kathleen prided herself in being a homemaker and raising their four boys. She enjoyed socializing at the Rainbow Fish and Game Club located in Gilman- ton Iron Works. In her earlier years she was an avid snowmobiler and a member of the Snow Winds Snowmobile Club in Gilmanton Iron Works.
Kathleen enjoyed motorcycle rides with her husband often with no planned destination. She enjoyed family gatherings and going for rides in the tow trucks with her sons in their family business. She also worked dispatching calls while working in the office.
Kathleen was a huge Elvis fan, avid snowmobiler, and animal lover, but more importantly she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Kathleen leaves behind her husband David, her son David, Jr. and girlfriend Stephanie, son Daniel, son Dennis and wife April, son Derek and girlfriend Kelly, daughters-in-law Benae and Erika, grandchildren Dennis, Jr. and wife Jackie, Nicholas and wife Caroline, Krysta, Tyler and girlfriend Ashley, Daniel, Gina, Cameron, Nikole and fiance Mason, Corey, and Chloe, great -grand- daughter Laura, her brothers Albert and Arthur, and his wife Judy Hussey, and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her parents and her sister-in-law Carol Hussey.
A Celebration of Kathleen’s Life will be held at the Rain- bo Fish and Game Club House on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 1:00pm.
