Following a year-long hiatus from the boxing ring, Everett native Shayna Foppiano is again ready to wrap her fist, strap her gloves and put her undefeated record to the test.

Her next fight will be on November 23rd at The Castleton Center in Windham, New Hampshire, the same place she scored a first-round knockout just over a year ago. The fight is part of Boston Boxing Promotions’ Annual Thanksgiving Eve Boxing Spectacular.

Foppiano will be fighting Leann O’Malley at 140 lbs.

With four fights on her professional record, O’Malley, a boxer from Vegas, has about as much experience in the ring as Foppiano.

And although Foppiano hasn’t fought professionally for a little over a year, she’s no stranger to the gym and the intensive workouts that she says have her prepared for the opportunity to strike at The Castleton.

“I’m feeling dangerous, and better than ever,” said Foppiano, who is training out of Sonny’s Boxing and Fitness in Middleton, MA with new trainer Danny Oliver.

To purchase your ticket(s) to Foppiano’s Thanksgiving Eve fight (7 p.m.), you can either stop by Sonny’s Boxing and Fitness at 206 S Main St, Middleton, MA or call/text Brett at 617-870-1727. General Admission is $40.
