FREDERICK F. FORESTEIRE, former Everett Public Schools Superintendent, was sentenced today in Malden District Court to serve 90 days in jail as part of a 17 month sentence for being found guilty of touching a woman’s buttocks while he was superintnendent and she was working for the school department.

Foresteire was handcuffed and taken from the courtroom for the ride to the Billerica House of Correction where he will be behind bars for the next three months.

The judge apparently ordered that Foresteire’s name be added to the Sexual Predator list and that his pension be forfeited.
