On Thursday, February 2nd, Everett High School held a Signing Day event for three student athletes who have decided on where they are attending college in the fall of 2023. Giacobbe Ward and Nicholas Raymond are headed to Bentley College, while Marcos Pereira will attend Colby.

“Our coaches are so proud of this senior class. We have players who are heading to trade schools, prep schools, community colleges and 4 year colleges. We are so proud to see our players furthering their education and chasing their dreams. We know that they all will represent the E with pride and passion,” said EHS head football coach Robert DiLoreto.

From coach DiLoreto:

Giacobbe Ward, wide receiver, Bentley University – Giacobbe is an extremely talented and hard working young man. He possesses outstanding hands and always finds ways to get open on pass routes. We are excited to see Giacobbe land at Bentley.

Nick Raymond, offensive lineman, Bentley University – Nick Raymond will make an immediate impact on the offensive line. Nick was a 3-year starter for us in Everett, which is an accomplishment in itself. He has tremendous footwork and he is a very ag- gressive blocker.

Marcos Pereira, offensive lineman, Colby College – Marcos will be pursuing his education and football career at the prestigious Colby College. Marcos was our QB protector this year at left tackle and he did it with pride, passion and enthusiasm. Marcos has a very bright future ahead of him.
