This is for those of you out there who are vegan or vegetarian.

You know how good vegan treats can be.

One avocado, one tomato, lettuce, red onion, pickles, mustard and a bread roll made with flour and water only.

This sandwich proves you don’t necessarily need meat or chicken or fish to top off a great tasting production that is rich in everything your body needs to stay sound and healthy.
