About 10 p.m. Friday night a deadly motorcycle crash took place at the intersection of Beacham Street and Lower Broadway.
The victim’s name has not been officially released.
The accident took place at one of the city’s busiest intersections by Mike’s Roast Beef and just across from the McDonald’s not too far away from the entrance to the Encore Casino and Hotel.
First responders found the crashed motorcycle lying on its side on the ground with its driver in the street.
A red sedan apparently involved in the accident was also found at the scene and wrapped with police tape as part of the accident investigation that is now ongoing.
Police and State Police are investigating the accident.
