Arrest for drug dealing on 15 Staples Avenue, 166 Mountain Avenue, and possession of drugs at 174 Ferry Street, as well as arrest for shoplifting, driving under the influence, trespassing at 17 Lincoln Street, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 19 Hancock Street and arrests for defaults on outstanding warrants rounded out a busy week for the Everett Police Department between 9/18-9/24.
September all around has caused approximately 43 arrests to be made all over the city for a variety of offenses by the EPD, according to official records uploaded to the EPD arrest log site and reported by the Leader Herald.
From 9/11-9/17, the EPD made 16 arrests for a wide variety of incidents, including disturbing the peace at 39 Freeman Avenue, drug possession and trafficking of cocaine at 7 Sammet Street, drug possession and distribution at 25 Stellman Road, arrests for outstanding warrants of individuals at 19 Hancock Street, and at 5 Lawrence Street, drug possession at 170 Vine Street, and an arrest at 33 Rosedale Avenue for a violation of a harassment prevention order.
Also, a homeless man was arrested for failure to appear on a warrant, a Hancock Street resident was arrested for an outstanding warrant from the Malden Court and a male was arrested for trespassing on Overlook Road.
With the last week of September to be reported next week, the EPD arrested a total of 43 men and women during the first three weeks of September.
