Our final Gridiron Flashback of the season takes us 21 years into the past to 1998, when Diamond Ferri pounded out a team-high 21 touchdowns and 130 total points in an undefeated, super bowl winning campaign for the Crimson Tide. Ferri would later play for Syracuse University before a brief stint with the NFLs Arizona Cardinals and the CFLs Saskatchewan RoughRiders.

Our Gridiron Flashback this week takes us back in time to the 1990 season, when the Tide shutout Beverley for a 7-0 win. Pictured (above) is Everett’s Jason Walsh (21) laying a hard hit on a Beverly rusher.

This week’s Gridiron Flashback bounces us back in time to the 1990-91’ season, when John Saga- rino (featured above) posted 28 total points to lead the Crimson Tide to their first ever EMass title in a 72-65 win over Catholic Memorial.

This week’s Gridiron Flashback takes us back in time to 1996, when Omar Easy powered the Crimson Tide to an undefeated regular season while averaging 8.8 yards per carry. Easy would later be drafted by the NFL’s Kansas City Chiefs.
