RICCI, John F. of Everett, entered into eternal rest on Monday, March 19, 2018 in the Benchmark Senior Living at Woburn. He was 86 years old.

Born in his family’s residence in Everett, John remained an Everett resident
for his entire life. He attended the Everett Vocational High School and was a graduate of Wentworth Institute with an electrical degree. John worked for several years and was a member of IBEW Local 103 for over 67 years of which many of those years included service at Fenway Park in Boston, making sure that the electrical lighting was operating flawlessly.

He formerly served on the Board of Fire Commissioners for the City of Everett and was a member of the former St. Therese Holy Name Society.

Beloved husband of the late Mary F. (McSweeney). Son of the late Pasquale and Genoveffa (Falco) Ricci. Dear and devoted father of Denise Vitale and her husband, Ralph of N. Chelmsford, Cheryl Morecroft and her husband, Stephen of Burlington, Maureen Morelli and her husband, Louis of Everett, John F. Ricci, Jr. and his wife, Mary of Stoughton and Kevin Ricci of Everett. Brother of Madelaine Doctors of CA and the late Philip, Adam, Thomas, Edward and Beatrice Ricci. John is also survived by 11 loving grandchildren, 3 great- grandchildren and former daughter-in- law, Aniela Ricci.

Funeral arrangements were handled by the Cafasso & Sons Funeral Home, 65 Clark St. (Corner of Main St.) EVERETT, Interment, with military honors, was in the Holy Cross Chapel Mausoleum, Malden.
