Encore Announces First-Class Choice of Restaurant at Casino

Legendary North End restauranteurs and bon vivants, Frank DePasquale and Nick Varano will be opening a 5200 square foot, 135-seat Italian restaurant at the Encore casino and resort here in Everett.
The restaurant, to be known as Fratelli (which means brother in Italian), will be located right off the gaming floor.
According to Depasquale, Fratelli will serve specialities-fresh Italian dishes, made to order pasta dishes, brick oven pizza, veal Milanese, zucchini flowers and risotto.

DePasquale is perhaps the most successful restauranteur in Boston.
He and Verano, also a noted restauranteur, are best of friends.
Both men have spent their lives in the restaurant business – although DePasquale is a major property owner in the North End with interests all over the nation.
Fratelli will be one of 13 dining, lounge and casual food offerings located at Encore.
Sinatra will also be among those restaurants opening there. Fratelli is expected to open on June 19 next year.
