Finance America gave a mortgage to the buyers for $581,260. In 2014, the property sold for $460,000.

A 2-family at 28 Carlson Street fetched $655,620 with a mortgage to the buyers for

$633,738. Prior sale in 2012 for $300,000.

A 1-family at 28 County Road on a 12,715 square foot lot sold for $962,000.
