The strength and fortitude, the heroism and sacrifice of the Ukranian people facing the Russian monster should be an inspiration to all of us.
Sean Penn is filming the Russian invasion in Ukraine. He has been there from the start of hostilities.
Penn made a statement on the Hannity Show on Fox News that all of us should read and try to understand.
“We all talk about how divisive things are, how divided things are here. When you step into a country of incredible unity, you realize what we’ve all been missing. I don’t think I’ve got time to indulge my lack of trust, which becomes a petty thing. These people are fighting for the dreams and aspirations of all of us Americans.”
Of the Ukrainian President Zelensky Penn had this to say: “In him I saw something I’d never seen before.”
If only we Americans could be together in one united form the way the Urkanians are, what a different nation this would be.
What a powerful nation this would be.
An America united cannot be touched.
An America united in mind and spirit…well… that’s what it took to achieve victory over darkness during the Second World War.
Can we ever achieve the unity that kept us together and made us victorious in the Second World War?
Let’s hope so – and for now – let’s pray for the Ukrainians people and arm them so they can defeat the Russian monsters.
